Palletization
Palletization is the logistics process consisting of placing goods together on top of a pallet to consolidate the load, making it easier for the handling equipment to transport it. The pallet, a horizontal platform formed by boards, provides a base for the products so that the forks of a forklift or pallet jack can pick up and move the load as a whole.
In addition to facilitating transportation, the purpose of palletization is to protect the merchandise — from the start of its palletization to its destination — maintaining the product in perfect condition until it undergoes its next logistics process or reaches the end customer.
CTL Sheets
Slitting Lines describes the technology in which a metal strip is cut into several narrow strips at the same time.Ultra Engineers is leading manufacturers of precision slitting lines for slitting and coiling thin and surface-sensitive metal strips like CR MS & Stainless Steel & High tensile Material .Our slitting lines meet the highest requirements for precision and guarantee:
In addition, all lines are always tailored to the individual needs of our customers The line speed, the design of the machines and the degree of automation depend on the estimated productivity of the line, the surface requirement, the strip thickness range, the strip width and the coil weight.
Container Lashing
Container lashing is the process of securing cargo containers to the ship’s deck using a system of ropes, cables, and chains. This system, also known as a lashing system, is designed to prevent the containers from shifting or tipping over during rough seas, which could cause damage to the ship or other containers.
The lashing system consists of a series of lashing points on the ship’s deck and corresponding lashing rods, twistlocks, and turnbuckles on the containers themselves. The lashing rods are threaded through the container’s corner castings and secured to the lashing points on the ship’s deck, while the twistlocks and turnbuckles tighten the system and provide additional stability

Cooler packaging
I’m going on a vacation and I’m not afraid…afraid of getting sick from a food related illness, that is. Planning is the key to food safety so you don’t get sick during your trip. You need to decide what you are going to eat; how you’re going to cook it; and what equipment you’ll need.
With a little planning and preparation, you can do some fine dining just about anywhere — parks, roadside rest stops or in your car. Keep food safety in mind when
LED packaging
Led Packaging has always taken care of the shortcoming needs of all of its customers. To stamp this care and concern, we have introduced LED boxes for packing our customers’ LCDs and LEDs. The need of this innovation popped up in the minds of our experts after getting known to a latest research done.
In this research, it was revealed that about 30% of LED/LCD TVs are reported defective and non-functioning within 4 years of purchase whereas manufacturers claim more than 9 years of product life. 25% of these reported defects accrue to cases where customers have shifted from one place to another. On further research, it was discovered that cause of defect lies in the wrong and damaging packing style and mechanism adopted by Packers and Movers. They make use of wooden crates for packing and moving your precious LED TVs. To fix nails in such wooden crates, the hammer is used for around 40-50 times on each box. This over-usage of hammer creates invisible, yet considerable damage like hairline fractures to the circuit or on the consoles of LED TV screens.
